The u3a is for people no longer working full time who enjoy socialising and want to keep active in mind and body.

Come along to our monthly meetings at Cornerstones, North Burns, Chester-le-Street on the first Wednesday of the month. We meet from 9:30am for refreshments and chat followed by an interesting talk at 10:00.

Who Can Join

Anyone not in full time work; there are no upper or lower age limits. New Members are always welcome. You can join at one of our meetings or download a membership form.
