The Lunch Group is an event initially open to regular members, before being offered to other members - usually a maximum of 18 overall. The aim is to book venues on a bus route as far as possible. We have visited a range of venues both in Chester--le-Street locality, Newcastle and Sunderland.

Prior to the Lunch, members confirm places, complete pre-orders and pay into the U3a before the day - finalised by our Treasurer. 

This leaves us to enjoy a leisurely afternoon - amidst much 'chatter', discussion and plenty of laughter!
