Groups

The U3A is for people who want to keep active in mind and body, and are not in full-time employment. Our members come together in groups to study any subject which they find interesting, or take part in activities.

Groups lie at the heart of the u3a and are one of the main benefits of membership. We have around 20 groups which are listed below. Click on the name of the group for more details and a link to contact the group leader. Many groups make no charge for attendance but some need to charge a small fee to cover the cost of room hire.

If you have an interest you would like to share with others let us know and we will help you set up your own group. Please contact our Groups Co-ordinator Anne Lanigan
